Tuning/Regulation Marketing

While not having quite the same degree of ....shall I say zest about this view
of Allens,  it is one of the main reasons I sell 1.5 hour service time slots
and not tunings. I too believe that just doing a tuning is not quite
appropriate usually.  Ok .... there are always exceptions... concerts where
there is no time etc.... but usual home service visits get an hour and a half
to do what I can for the instrument.
