Roger & List, IMHO DO NOT use Rubbing alcohol for action centers. It has been contaminated with perfume, (for lack of a better word) and has other oils added to it ofttimes. You can use Vodka, Shellac thinner or similar types. These have not been changed for "cosmetic" purposes. Joe Garrett
