Actually this sounds about right. I figured this out as well for one of =
the Journal articles I did a couple of years back in which I wrote about =
this very topic. The difference isn't much. Certainly not enough to =
qualify the structure as a buttressed arch.
I've no idea why this idea persists in the face of fairly easily =
provable facts and reasonably clear logic. Good marketing ideas die =
hard, I guess.
