Julie et al, Let's not forget about The Piano Hospital, in Vancouver, Washington. Excellent School situation, with excellent instructors and facilities. Also, with diligence, the Randy Potter course will point you in the right direction and certainly give you all of the basics and the necessary motivation. The best, in my opinion is a combination of Correspondence School and a formal "Apprenticeship" with an experienced technician. The pay is usually lousy, but the experience......!
