Baldwin hammers

I service a very nice 90 year old R. It was restrung a couple years ago. I replaced hammers shanks and flanges. Abel light from Wally Brooks. Wally did all the boring & mounting. I know folks will shake their heads at this - and I'm not suggesting I did the right thing, BUT, I did absolutely no voicing on these things - just wanted to see how they sounded before I started to voice them - the lady slapped my little patties when I tried to take the action out to do a little voicing and said that she never heard a piano so lovely. So, I have not yet voiced them (about two years now), and this is one of the best sounding instruments I service.

    Esteemed colleagues of the list:
I have been asked to replace the hammers on a Baldwin R, 5' 8" grand. The owner is highly trained and would like a moderately bright tone. Any recommendations as to a brand that may not need a lot of voicing? Any preference in suppliers? Thanks,
