And there you have it.

You can certainly ask as part of your usual service visit
whether or not the custormer thinks a voicing job is in
order, and if you feel you should offer a more detailed
explaination of why then hey... thats ok too. But once the
owners feelings are ascertained thus then thats that.

It doesnt really matter in the end whether you or I like the
voicing of the piano, how it plays, or any of the rest of
it. If the owner likes it then thats that.

That being said... if said instrument is so awful that it
crosses my own borders... well then I ask the customer to
use someone else.. politely of course. :)
