Cleaning keys

What kind of old keys ? Ivory or other ?

I clean everything but ivory with windex usually. I still
have to find something I really like on ivories. I keep
hoping to find something that helps to prevent dirt build
up. Green soap is the best I have run into so far, but I
dont think thats available over there.
