I use PTBiz, and make similar entries. However, I do not make notes of things I do not do! Hence, my puzzlement when she indicated that I "rebuilt all that stuff down there". However, in this case I think I just made a general note about a $20 lyre repair, and did not get more specific than that. I always print out my Work Orders from PTBiz for the day. That is nice, because it will have your complete service history for that particular piano.
