Tonk Bros? oops

I guess the Tonk Bros. Piano Co. was in existence before they merged
with Honky Bros. to form the Honky Tonk Piano Co.?

old  Piano parts catalogs. 

   These will be from companys that are long 
out of business.  One of these is a 1938  
"Tonk  Bros. "  catalog in very good condition.
   
    You may find your mute listed in it. 
The Foundation is going to have an  expanded 
display this year.
