And how is it with the motion of the keys? are they falling down slowly? are
they stuck? It might very well be that the wood of the keys expands, due to
interior climatic 'changes'. The balance rail holes could have gotten
smaller and it then becomes more difficult to regulate keys (but also the
striking distance / hammer line).
