Perhaps if you put some specific questions that clearly include the fact that we are
talking about piano soundboards, you might get some more information.  I found that in
writing to several such individuals I was met with a willingness to answer my questions.
You never know till you try.

I for one am glad for all you and others have written on this and related threads. Tho
obviously there is a lot of side play, there is also a feast of information, opinions, and
ideas to sift through and draw on. Tho I have to admit I see most sense in the views
represented by Askenfelt and company which is more or less the same as Ron N's and Del's.
