Joe Goss and list,
I treated a Steinway upright with Mother goose tools new mix of =
Goose juice and Ballistol. This action has the double hammer butt - =
damper flanges and the hammer butt centers were the only one's =
contaminated with the vertigris.
This action did not respond to protek four years go. Part =
replacement was not an option on this piano so I reamed and repined the =
offending centers.=20
Problem returned . I applied Joe's new mixture , worked the flanges =
vigorously and they freed up nicely. So far so good --- Will keep the =
list posted on longterm results.
