I believe you will find a household cleaning product called "Mean Green" will remove the tar. It will also remove dried stain from clothing as well as stain from your skin. It will also cure "poison Oak". Everybody needs a bottle of "Mean Green". Tommy Black Decatur, Ala. DDT
