Junk Pianos - Dramatic Demolition

On the television channel "The Learning Channel," about a month or so ago, a
program was aired on a very wealthy gentleman living in England on his
enormous estate, who spends his days impressing friends (and now the TLC
channel) his medieval times style "trebuchet," (enormous catapult).

The first demonstration involved an economy car being whipped up into the
air only to land 80 yards away in a pile of junk.

The next item was.... an old upright. After playing a few ivories, he
placed a gallon of gasoline inside, near the pedal trapwork, then dumped
enough gasoline on the external areas, lit it on fire (the gallon of gas not
ignited yet)-- he let 'er loose and the piano whipped up and over 400 yards
to land in an enormous explosion. It may sound sick, but it's hilarious
when watching it on video.
