Richard Bunger's book The Well Prepared Piano is only available through interlibrary loan (unless you know someone that has it) Alan Eder's video, Non-traditional piano Use, is sold by him through Cal Arts. He can be reached that way. Also, Gardner Read's book - Contemporary Instrumental Techniques, is available in most libraries (I think Amazon sells it for about 80 bucks.)
