Hello Phil,

    The first old style 4 (D) was no. 2522 made in 1859.
     8 ft.5in   85 note.
     
    The first old style 3 (C)  was no. 2485  made in 1861 
     7ft.1in    85 note.

     The first old style 2 (B) was no.24000 made in 1872
      6ft. 8in  85note.
     
      The first old style 1 (A) was no. 33587 made in 1878
       6ft.  85 note.         

      All had the 3/4 plates.  I have an 1860 style 4 in my
      shop now.  Also working on a style 3.
