Repairing a Conn Strobotuner

Have you checked out the new Visual Tuning Devices lately? Why invest in
that machine in particular? You might be able to get a second hand SAT or
something like it for the same amount you would pay for the repair. And the
upgrade would be worth it.

     I need a solid state CONN Strobotuner repaired.  It sounds like a
bearing is going bad in the rotating mechanism.
     I don't have a model number, but the serial number is 81607.
     Any information you have would be helpful.
