Kimball player spinet rebuilding tips?

Clark,
    Call Dick Leonard in San Francisco at 415-665-7916.   He may have a
gutted action. Or can suggest where a drive gear might be in another
product outside the music industry.
    I assume Player Piano Co doesn't carry them?
    Also you might try the piano wholesalers to see if they have the piano
or perhaps they gutted a spinet player and for some reason kept the action.
     If this piano becomes gutted I will let you know.  ---ric
