Bill: Just for the record. I think I said that within 2 hours you get 80 - 90% of what you are going to get on a fully saturated hammer. I think you can feel confident voicing mp on down sooner than that. To feel comfortable voicing for mf and above I prefer to wait longer. Of course, if you are only hardening the crown with a few drops it will dry in 15 - 20 minutes. Dale works in a little dryer and warmer environment than I do generally, so his mileage may vary.
