Sherman Clay Grand

A customer has a Sherman Clay Grand Model SCDH SDG1 circa 1986.  I've
maintained it since it was new.  About 3 weeks ago a bass string broke.
Then another, now another.  The first and third broke at the agraffe and
the other at the bridge pin.  Her son plays a lot of Rachmaninoff type
music with a heavy hand.  Any others experience this?  Are we in for one
at a time breaks?  Should I recommend replacing the whole set?
