Yamaha damper question

However,

I just took a phone call from the pianist at a local restaurant.  Beginning of the week his regular tuner fixed a sticking damper on the Yamaha grand by easing the guide bushing.  30 minutes into his next set it started hanging up again.  Regular guy was was too busy to come back, tech #2 was called in, he lubricated the underlevers.  30 minutes into the next set, the damper started hanging up again.  I don't know whether #2 is too busy to come back, I didn't ask.  But I'm meeting the pianist at the restaurant at dawn tomorrow, prepared to re-pin the underlever.
