Thanks to Roger and the rest of you who responded to me on this issue last week. I was back at the client's yesterday, regulated the jack back under the knuckle appropriately and sure enough... key works great! I appreciate all the other suggestions. It's great to get the different options and opinions that come from all the epxerience on this list.
