Jack Slipping?

Thanks to Roger and the rest of you who responded to me on this issue last
week. I was back at the client's yesterday, regulated the jack back under
the knuckle appropriately and sure enough... key works great!

I appreciate all the other suggestions. It's great to get the different
options and opinions that come from all the epxerience on this list.

         The other thing to check, Is the tail of the hammer clipping the
back check on the way up?
