fire damage

 Thanks to all who replied to my query on smoke damage to pianos.  I learned
    a lot.  I also worked with the journal cd's for the first time ever.
There wasn't much there for information so I also contacted the digest's
archives, also for the first time.  Lots of good info there.  Again, thanks,
and I believe everything has been taken care of on my end.  Customers were
very gracious.
