How to use an apostrophe (OT again)

I wonder what "Thump's" real name is?  

As long as we're discussing the use of English, does anyone else find the use 
of the word "respectfully" followed by a pseudonym an anachronism?  

Really, I guess I'm just jealous because I'm not cool enough to nickname 
myself.
