Leverage and Dip

Leverage does not apply in this situation.

The weights are measuring the leverages through the calculations and
will not be effected by small changes in adjustments of the action.

Key ratio does not change,
Wippen ratio (wippen weight) does not change,
Knuckle location does not change,
etc.

Regulation is finding the optimum settings so it works best as a
machine.  The leverages are predetermined.
