WHAT on earth would make you say this ?  Disform the hole ?? How would
a piece of leather 2mm or so wide in a loose hole do that ?

Compared to metal sheves, pin doping and other such methods... struck
me as pretty clever. In anycase I dont see the hole geting
disformed...
