Hello Jack. I service one Bush & Lane upright, but it is 50 inches tall. Is this a third size? Serial number is 57289 and Pierce dates it at 1920. This upright has a full grand-like capo bar as part of the plate in the treble (really a bear to get mutes in there for tuning!) and a full bent/laminated hardwood rim. Pretty nice piano. It is your typical worn out relic. I told the lady to please give me the first opportunity to buy it if she ever wants to sell it.
