Ricardo,

Teflon powder is a gift of the piano deities.
It is best applied with a big piece of felt like what you use to clean a
school board.
Just put a little teflon powder on the felt, rub it in a little, and apply
the teflon this way on the knuckles.
A long lasting soft lube id the result and it feels very nice indeed.
