serial # help

I just got a Collard and Collard serial 111345 to (rework)???.  Atlas says
1875-102920------1880-115880

It does seem more likely that the round numbers would be the first of the
year, would seem odd that the year's production for so many makers would end
on a round number.  Anyone know for sure?
