Help! Setting up a new shop/Warren Fisher

Ron,
I originally specified ten feet, but on the previous meeting, the 
contractor made the point that higher ceilings mean more area to heat 
and cool. I found out today that they cancelled the eight feet and went 
back to ten when they considered the fans.
