yamaha "soft close"

Don,

It will be one of the alternatives offered. But since she specifically
asked about a "soft close", I want to include info on that also. I would
really like to know what QRS has, how it works, and what it costs. Anybody?

thanks,

Mike

PS One of my really big pet peeves is merchants who, when I ask for what I
know I want, try to steer me towards something else before they've given me
any info on the product I asked for. So I will not do that to my customer.
