Please help a church choose a new grand piano. Advice kindly requested.

Gordon,

You might be able to talk a dealer into selling you a Kawai RX-3 for that 
price, though the list price is considerably higher.  I think it is around 6' 
4".  They are very solid instruments with a good tone, and they tune well.
