Hmmm ... is their a prop rail screw at D4? Or a loose prop nut in the area?

Alan,
I failed to mention that this piano had all wood flanges in the action.
It was rebuilt sometime back. The wippens look new, and the hammers were
installed on shanks that appear to have been previously replaced. I had
repinned all the hammer shanks yesterday and bolstered the knuckles, so I
knew there was nothing loose in that assembly.
