Any objection to changing the head so a regular sort of wrench can take it apart? Not all techs have the oval head and it is a cause of second trips. I find a rushed or frustrated technician is the cause of most poor or damaging work to the piano. Keith Roberts Keith, IMO, anyone who is anticipating working on a square, should have the PROPER tools at hand. The appointment was made to work on a square, so anticipation of the odd problems should be in the fore-front of the cerebellum. This goes back to "the proper tool for the job".
