Dave, it's a little unclear only because PM has a variety of front-ends that they use..but it sounds like you may have had the speaker plugged into a fixed output. Also, if a customer wants a 2nd speaker, I inform them that the background music will sound better(and it will), but it will NOT be stereo..on PM's front-ends...there are other choices for front ends using PM's guts.
