Graphite on Samick Center Pins?

Hi Dave,
                Contact Robert at Samick he will give you the authorization 
to do warranty work,  He is aware of the problems.

But first contact the dealer, he may be able to help.

The principal problem is graphite that has been applied too thick. There 
was a plating issue, but not that recent.

The graphite has now been dropped from all Samick action parts.  Products 
that have all Renner parts will have a light coat of graphite on the cloth.

I would respectfully suggest, that you not refer to the instrument as a 
PSO, if you are looking for max cooperation.
