Terry,
It looks like you've got your latest "project piano": replace all that 
plastic with wood components. THEN reevaluate whether you paid too much 
at $175. You WILL have gained some valuable experience in the process 
(repinning flanges, bending damper wire), and you'll ALWAYS inspect 
potential purchases (or customers' for estimates) much more carefully 
in the future!
