Big Bushings/Cy's question

Thanks, Joe.  I was confusing two different things: an open block, and a
normal webbed block without plate bushings.

I can see that the web on an unbushed block would prevent the tuning tip
from getting close to the top of the block, while the bushing supports the
pin all the way to the top of the web.
