Terry,
It's a turnbuckle on all-thread with a flat plate at one end and an
angled plate on the other (rim) end. Bolt it up, tighten (spread) the
turnbuckle, and, well, change. Nice change. Try one. They have big and
not-so-big (B's, SF's, etc).
