Hi David, Stay with the moral high ground, at least you can go to sleep at night, knowing you did the correct thing. Over the years, I have had a few situations, with a customer, trying to rip off an insurance company, by getting an inflated estimate from me. I didn't do it. I have never regretted the decisions, although, I know it cost me some customers, and their friends. One of them was also a music teacher, with students.
