Hi Carl,
                    Sounds like one of the cheap Chinese stencil pianos to 
me.  Dealers don't normally prep them, and sell them by price.   It's sad 
to see such a fine Canadian name hit the skids like that.
I have seen a couple of them, tell the customer to go after the dealer to 
get it regulated and set up properly.
