Baldwin Wippen

Hi Terry,
                  That's a common problem with the Baldwin wippens.  Hold 
the button with a pair of parallel pliers, and drive the regulating screw 
further into the button., whilst gripping the button.
Maybe I have been lucky but it has always worked for me.
What do you mean Horse shoes??????????
