Hi John,
               It's the Brand type, No under felt but the felt is  a lot 
softer and seems to suit the scaling with a lot less voicing needed.  Give 
Wally all dimensions of the old hammers and trust him to get it right fist 
time.  Better yet send him the end hammer of each section.
