Hi Don,
No offense. The vast majority of the tunings I do are not for concerts. 
With the concert tunings I do, I have yet to find the piano anywhere near 
within 2c off, nor would anyone here sit still for pitch correction charges 
on a piano a whole beat per second off pitch at A-4. I find it very 
difficult to believe anyone would, judging from my experience. As I said - 
not in my world. If yours is different, then bless you, and go for it.
