All,
Just for everyone's edification. The times in the Repair Labor Guide are
AVERAGES. By averages, I mean, that the time it takes an experienced
technician to do the job, as opposed to how much time it would take a
reasonably new technician, (formerly known as an "'Apprentice" grade of past
PTG designations. I hope this will help in your discussions about time vs
job vs skill.
