Samick Grand with No Key Leads

Hi Terry,
                Lot's of them out there. Un Hitch the helper springs, 
Weight off at 70gms bass to 65gms treble. Helper springs should only 
support about 15gms.
Make sure you address the friction issues, before starting. Lube knuckles 
with Teflon.
If you get to do this, also tail the hammers correctly, and square the back 
checks.

If you take the stack off, don't be surprised if you find weights behind 
the balance rail pin.

I'm giving a number of classes this year on this very subject, at Regional 
and the National conventions.

Check the conventions near you.  <G>
