Personally I havent seen to many instruments what have fallen off the
stage, injured to the point that the side gets banged loose and no other
damage occurs. But I suppose that can happen well enough. If you are
sure... glue it on as Don M advises. If you are not sure, and there are
other injuries to the instrument... I am sure they will show up soon
enough.
