Not sure if anyone mentioned this before: While I wouldn't use an ETD to tune strings in a unison separately, I find the frequency response graph in TuneLab really helpful for tuning two strings together in the top octave. You can see two peaks in the graph, one for each string, and as you hear them come together while you tune, you can see the peaks become one peak. Charles Neuman PTG Assoc, Long Island
