Frozen Let-Off Rail Fix

Hi Terry,
I have never had much luck, with the heat or lubricant, some still
seem to break.
I found that remanufacturing, was not that hard, using the old one as
a guide. I predrill the holes, and use a power screwdriver to put in
the new regulating screws. To get them square, hold them on the
underside of the long piece of wood, as the end of the screw comes
out.
One point, I should have put earlier, you are using the regulating
tool, that has the 4 hollowed out parts, so you can turn the
regulating screw, with no binding. It was designed by Francis
Mahaffey.(spelling)

Let off screws frozen pretty solid.

that I can regulate the darn thing?

imagine, that the spacing will be different on any given piano?

the others, and besides, it was grandma's.
