pedals

[Brian Doepke]

I got a call from a lady who misplaced the brass rods to her baby grand
when they moved to my town.  The lyre for the pedals is the kind that
has a large wooden block where the top and the bottom of the rods are
inserted.  The back of the pedals are not exposed.  I can't use the
adjustable brass rods with the barrel on one end.

Is she out of luck?  If not, how difficult is it to replace the set?
